00:18:07 enough money to help and support her family but she didn't just want to help us financially in 2009 Rania left her life in Egypt and came to look after me she left her fiancee and her livelihood because I

00:18:46 suffered from autism was one rania was just 22 when she came to when she first arrived to the UK she came to live with me and made me feel so safe I felt that I could go to the hospital and
00:18:57 felt that I could go to the hospital and someone would be there for my children I gave her my credit card and told her everything that I need that needs to be done she accepted it all with a smile on her face she always had a smile on her
00:19:10 her face she always had a smile on her face between 2009 and 10 I went in and out of hospital rania was by my side throughout there was an incident when I shall my oldest child
